After 20 years of Restaurant experience and passion for cooking, Executive Chef Justin Amato & his wife Brittney Amato have decided to bring fair prices and quality food to the Brockport area.

With the name Cappelletti's comes a silly story, after throwing ideas back and forth & laughing at each others ideas, Justin and Brittney came up with Cappelletti's simply because Cappelletti is a pasta that Justin will be hand making but its also a Traditional Italian red bitter for Spritz! Here at Cappelletti's we will have a wide variety of cocktails to choose from that contain Aperitivo Cappelletti.

With a menu offering an American-Italian style cuisine, many items to choose from. Authentic Italian recipes passed down from generations. Fresh ingredients in every dish. His cooking has a wide variety of talent attached to it, from making handmade English muffins to whipping up made-to-order hollandaise sauce from scratch. Lunch offers a good range of classic items with delicious house made side selections like pasta salads, Mac salad, potato salad all made from their own perfect recipes. Dinner also has a unique touch to each dish, the house made red sauce is a recipe passed down to Justin that he has modified with his own twist! Most sauces are made to order without the use of flour so it brings more options to the table for those who are Gluten free. ( Please ask your waitress about our options)
